Mr. Most has been practicing in the areas of land use law
and general transactional real estate law since 1996. He also
has a master's degree in urban planning. His primary focus
is filing variance and special permit cases at the Board of
Standards and Appeals, and as a former urban planner, he is
also involved in filing applications at the City Planning
Commission.
He handles a variety of land use matters before
other regulatory agencies, as well as a wide range of transactional
matters including the purchase and sale of residential and
commercial property, and the purchase and sale of development
rights. Mr. Most worked as an urban planning consultant for
local Community Boards in Manhattan and various private sector
clients.
